		<description>I agree with you - the operators REALLY have to accelerate the deployment of value adding services that also allow them to control the UI. 

Interesting to observe is that some operators have removed excellent OEM services, for example Orange seems to have removed SEMC's Blogger on K800i, which was (more or less) seamlessly embedded from a UI standpoint. 

I guess the operators also see that the OEM:s are trying to target a vertical and skip a layer in the value chain.</description>

		<description>T-Mobile USA's new My5 user interface which is already showing up on several different OEM Manufacturers handsets is an interesting example to watch.  It will be interesting to see if churn decreases significantly as these handsets become more widespread in the market and then start to hit the upgrade cycle.</description>
