		<description>when pondering the question "Will people buy a handset so that they can download apps? Or will they choose a pre-packaged target group (and maybe add some links, wallpapers and Java-applications and games?", I think that what the people really want is to buy mobile devices that are highly customizable, yet easy to use, which is no news for us, the hard-and-soft-ware makers.  But I could not agree more that the software part is becoming more and more important, as the hardware side of mobility is getting more perfect and diminutive. So I say that the software rules and the hardware learns to support it correctly.</description>
