		<description>HI, great post.  I tend to agree that the purchase of Trigenix and Elata has helped Qualcomm cash in on Europe and develope a stronger strategy.  But this isn&#039;t BREW - there is no push services with Delivery One its only uiOne which is basically a pretty interface.  Gaming is niche.  Even with the idle screen application - its unlikely that consumers will suddenly use more gaming services.  Its not only about accessibility but also about device range and a two device range is a weak device range. </description>
