		<description>I agree with Kim that User Experience will play a big role.  You can just see the move towards flashy equipment which will appeal to the generation that has grown up with video games, and "cool gadgets"</description>

		<description>You are right Kim. But I see Services and User Experience as means of doing Segmentation and requiring Software. Then Services are of course connected to Catering to Multi-Sided Markets as well.</description>
