I am not sure actually what is the key,so in order to find a key, I need to first describe what are the barriers to growth of mobile data consumption.Does anyone help? 
Here are some barriers I have thought: 
1-lack of user interface platforms for mobiles 
2-lack of user centric UIs 
3-lack of standardization 
4-low ROI due to unmatured market </description>
