		<description>Hi Tote - a lot of the details on the Foundation are still undisclosed (and I guess many will still be undecided..). The main concerns that I imagine Nokia has are:
- how are source code contributions governed
- how is the release cycle governed 
- how to innovate on top of the current S60 UI
- how to take the S60 code to EPL, obtain copyright assignment for 3rd party code, and which parts to keep closed
- how to deal with the 100s of engineers that are now moving under the Nokia corporate umbrella.

Thanks for this nice article! Besides knowing the advantages I also wonder how they balance with disadvantages: burocracy (shared roadmap, having to agree with others on things that have been Nokia-internal only, etc.), dependency on others (in development, etc.).</description>
